You can place orders by calling us, emailing us, or online. Once an order is placed, we first verify that the payment has cleared. Orders over $1,000 take slightly longer for risk investigation. Then, we verify that the items you have ordered are either on our shelf and/or on the shelf of the manufacturer to ensure quick delivery. If there are any delays, we will email you and let you know. Once we ship your order, your tracking will be available online. Adult Signature is Required Upon Delivery.
Is a particular product in stock?
Product stock is updated once daily. If a product drop-ships from the manufacturer, & they fail to inform us that the product is out of stock in their confirmation, our website will not show that the item is out of stock until your order is sent to the manufacturer, & they update us or we check the following day with them.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders are processed Monday through Friday & are shipped daily from our warehouses in the Chicago Area throughout the United States. Orders are shipped within 1-5 BUSINESS days from the time that they are processed.
If you are in a hurry, choose the fastest UPS shipping method & also choose Rush Order Processing during check out.
- UPS Delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is not available, but UPS is more reliable.
- USPS Delivery is Monday-Saturday but in our experience, is a little less reliable.

In Store Pickup: Audio Supply, Inc offers in store pickup for customers that are local to our Illinois Location. To place an order for in store pickup, include a message to us with your order indicating that you do not want your order shipped, and that you would like to pick it up. We will email you once your order is ready for pickup.
For customers looking for faster delivery services, we offer the following methods:
-UPS Next Day Air Saver – Next-business-day guaranteed delivery by end of day.
–UPS Next Day Air 10am – FOR UPS DEEMED COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS; Guaranteed next-business-day delivery by 10am.
-UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed on-time delivery to every address in the United States by the end of the second business day.

- A signature may be required for proof that you purchased the item & received it.

$10.00 Fee for Incorrect UPS Shipping Address:
If your UPS shipping address has an incorrect Suite Number, Apartment Number, Zip Code, or has ANY incorrect information, UPS will charge you a $10.00 fee upon delivery. This fee is charged by UPS & as such, we will pass it on to you by charging the credit card used when you placed your order. It is entirely your fault if you enter your shipping address incorrectly, as our automated shipping system sends the information you enter in our shopping cart directly to UPS for shipping. Any mistakes made in the address are entirely your responsibility.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska & Outside of the U.S. : We will gladly ship orders to Hawaii & Alaska. But we do not ship outside of the U.S. Free shipping is not available. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska will be sent via UPS or USPS Express Mail International depending on the rate. Extra fees charged by the carrier may apply.
