Sales Policy
Audio Supply is a wholesale distributor and sells ONLY to Contractors / Installers, dealers, and OEMs.  WE MAKE NO SALES TO END USERS.

Minimum Order
There is NO MINIMUM ORDER. If we stock it and you need it, you've got it!

Ordering
The easiest way to place an order or obtain a quote is to call us. Audio Supply is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday. You may also transmit your orders to us by fax, at any time of the day or night. This will insure that your order will be entered early on the next business day. 

We do not have a full-line product catalog.  We can supply manufacturers' catalogs, or you can view product information on-line at our manufacturers' web sites.

Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover charges over the phone, or we will ship via UPS-COD.

Taxes
Illinois customers will be charged sales tax unless we have a valid Blanket Certificate of Resale on file for you.

Shipment
Whenever possible, we will ship via UPS. Special orders and items that are too large for UPS will be shipped via surface-freight. All prices quoted are FOB Origin. Shipping and insurance charges will be added to your invoice.

Backorders
To reduce shipping costs, we generally try to consolidate orders into one shipment. This can delay your order if we are backordered on an item. When you place your order, please let us know if it can be shipped as a "partial" or if it should only be shipped "complete".

Warranties
All merchandise is covered by the respective Manufacturers Limited Warranty. Audio Supply will assist you in making any warranty claims for repair or replacement if necessary.
