Audio Supply Policies and Terms
Returns
All non-warranty returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and require prior authorization from Audio Supply. Unauthorized returns may be refused at the customer's expense.
Returned merchandise must be in excellent, resalable condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for unopened merchandise returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Opened products, non-stock items, or merchandise with damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a higher restocking fee of 25%–35%, depending on inspection. Audio Supply reserves the right to refuse returns of merchandise that is not in acceptable resale condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective merchandise. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If Audio Supply provides a return shipping label for a customer-requested return, the label cost may be deducted from the refund.
Warranty and Defective Products
All products sold by Audio Supply are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
If you experience a problem with a product, please contact Audio Supply before returning it. Our technical team or the manufacturer's technical support team will help determine the appropriate next steps.
If a product is determined to be defective, Audio Supply will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, arrange return shipping.
In some cases, an advance replacement or loaner may be available while the warranty issue is being resolved.
All warranty returns are subject to the applicable manufacturer's policies.
Refunds and Account Credits
Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–2 business days after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Refunds are calculated based on the eligible product amount, less any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
For customers with established accounts, approved returns may be applied as an account credit toward outstanding invoices or future purchases, where agreed with the customer.
Refunds to the original payment method may take additional time to appear, depending on the customer's financial institution.
Credit and Payment Terms
Audio Supply offers credit card payments, COD arrangements, and net payment terms for approved accounts.
Standard open-account terms are Net 15 days unless otherwise specified on the customer's invoice or agreed to in writing.
Timely payment allows Audio Supply to maintain competitive pricing, offer valuable customer programs, and continue providing personalized service.
Past-due balances may be subject to applicable finance charges and collection procedures in accordance with the customer's agreed payment terms and applicable law.
Accounts with a history of late payments may be reviewed and changed to alternative payment arrangements, including COD or credit card payment.
Audio Supply reserves the right to review or modify credit privileges and payment terms for future orders.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Audio Supply's accepted terms and conditions govern purchases and take precedence over conflicting customer purchase order provisions to the extent permitted by law.
Ordering and Shipping
We welcome orders through our online store, by telephone, or by email. Our team is always happy to assist with product questions, availability, and purchasing.
Our online Audio Supply store provides convenient access to product information, pricing, and availability.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time for merchandise in Audio Supply's stock are generally eligible for same-day shipping on regular business days.
Orders involving non-stock products, special-order merchandise, or manufacturer-direct shipments may require additional processing time.
Manufacturer shipping schedules and cutoff times vary, and same-day shipment cannot be guaranteed for items that are not in our inventory.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please let us know when placing it so we can review availability and shipping options.
Local pickup is welcome, and local delivery may be available by arrangement.
Blind drop shipping is also available for qualified dealer and reseller accounts.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Certain products sold by Audio Supply are subject to manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.
These policies establish advertising requirements for specific products and brands. Audio Supply follows applicable manufacturer MAP guidelines when displaying and promoting products.
Advertised pricing, promotional offers, and discounts on MAP-restricted products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's requirements.

Quotes and Pricing
Audio Supply is committed to offering competitive pricing and personalized service.
Written quotations are generally valid for 30 days unless a different expiration date or specific conditions are stated in the quotation.
Verbal pricing is subject to confirmation. Customers are encouraged to request written quotations to ensure accuracy.
Quoted prices do not include shipping charges unless specifically stated.
Pricing, product availability, manufacturer changes, and other conditions may affect quotations. Any exceptions or limitations will be identified in the applicable written quote.
