Audio Supply was born in 1988 by Keith Wilson.  We are the “little guys” in the sound industry; family owned, family operated, & family managed. We are now woman owned (WBE and DBE Certified) as well. We’re small, but large enough to provide millions of in-stock items.  We appreciate each & every one of our customers.  We depend on each and every order you place with us.  We know that finding a GOOD distributor can be very difficult & we know that times of dealing with our “favorite” supplier, even if their prices were a bit higher, have passed.  Here, you CAN deal with your “favorite” supplier AND get the lowest price.  In addition to getting the best price, we still offer FREE DESIGN, free technical support, & a dealer loyalty program which can amount to $5,000 per year.

RETURNS

All non-warranty related returns must be made within 30 days.  All returns must be authorized or will be refused at customer’s cost.  After speaking with our tech team or manufacturer’s tech team and determining that an item is defective, we will provide return instructions to you.  We follow each respective manufacturer’s return policy.  We reserve the right to refuse any return at the sender’s cost.  We reserve the right to apply any restocking fee to the return that we see fit.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All Products we sell are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty and we are your source for warranty issues should they arise.  Let us know if you have a warranty issue and we will provide you with the necessary information to resolve the issue.  In many cases, we will provide an advance replacement or a loaner until the warranty issue is resolved.  If you find you don’t need a product ordered from us, please contact us within 30 days for return instructions.  In most cases, a 15% restocking fee will apply.  If the product has been opened, is a non-stock item, or if the original carton and its packaging materials are damaged, the restocking fee will be increased to 25-35% based upon inspection.  If the product is not in perfect condition, we have the right to refuse the return at your cost.  All returns are subject to restocking fee based upon inspection.  We won’t sell an opened item to you at NEW PRICE- it’s our responsibility that all returns are appropriately priced for resale.

MATCHING PRICES, BEATING SATISFACTION-PLEASE ASK!

CREDIT

Once a return is processed, credit will be applied to your account.  The credit may be used toward an open or future balance or it may be used against a replacement invoice, should one be on account.  The credit must remain on account for 90 days before a refund check or credit back to a credit card can be issued.  Credits will remain on account for 3 years from last transaction date against it and then will dissolve.   TERMS Accounts with open terms are Net Due 15 Days, unless noted on your invoice.  Accounts more than 35 days PAST DUE will be sent to collections without exception.  Accounts that consistently pay late will be automatically changed to COD Company Check.  We reserve the right to change terms at any time without notice.  Customer may use a charge card per their request.  We are able to keep our prices low, offer rebates, and offer free services because we ALWAYS take fast pay discounts that are offered to us.  Often times, we have paid a manufacturer’s invoice 15 days PRIOR to receiving payment from the customer.  Receiving payment from our customers on time is extremely important to us.  Ultimately, it is timely payments from our customers that allow us to offer the best price TO YOU.  It wouldn't be RIGHT to punish everyone by raising prices.  We’d rather keep our prices low than risk losing you to another distributor.  So, we have recently implemented interest charges to be added to past due invoices.  Invoices paid late, within reason (as we are a small and flexible company), will incur finance charges that are payable, no exception.  Audio Supply reserves the right to IGNORE customer’s policies and demanded terms, regardless of acceptance of their purchase order, and supersedes with its terms which are declared here, and on the customer’s invoice.  Customer’s placement of an order with us shall constitute acceptance of all terms stated here and on invoice.

ORDERS

We welcome orders being faxed, emailed, called in… We love to talk to you!  Our online Audio Supply Store is open and gives you access to YOUR wholesale price and availability.  You can also place orders there.  All orders placed before 2PM Central Time will ship the same day if all items are in our stock.  If an order is placed with us for non-stock items, we cannot guarantee that orders will ship in as timely of a fashion.  Most manufacturers do NOT ship orders the same day AND cut off times are usually late morning for same day shipments.  When placing an order, be CLEAR if there is a firm required date.  We offer local pick up and sometimes free local delivery.

MAP

Certain products that Audio Supply sells are identified as having a MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP).  Each item subject to MAP policies must be advertised at or above manufacturer’s defined MAP price.  This includes ALL forms of advertising; internet, and otherwise.  Additional discounts, coupons, or other indications(such as, but not limited to, posting messages referencing better advertised price)that may lower price of item to less than MAP is a direct violation against MAP policy and is subject to disciplinary and legal actions against violators.

QUOTES

Prices quoted via email, fax, or any type of written communication, are firm as noted for 30 days.  We do beat prices, so if you find it cheaper elsewhere, let us know!  Prices quoted verbally are not guaranteed.  Please ask for a quote in writing for clarity.  Bids and quotes are the property of Audio Supply.  Re-Distribution of bids provided is prohibited for any reason.  Legal action and fees will apply.  Prices quoted never include shipping charges.
