The AtlasIED FAPSUB-1 is a premium 8" in-ceiling subwoofer engineered to deliver deep, powerful bass in flush-mount ceiling applications. Designed for seamless integration with AtlasIED’s FAP Series speakers, the FAPSUB-1 fills out the low-end spectrum in background music systems, paging setups, and distributed audio installations—without requiring a separate amplifier or active crossover.
This high-efficiency subwoofer features a tuned and ported steel enclosure optimized specifically for the 8" woofer, delivering extended low-frequency response down to 45Hz. A built-in 3-pole passive crossover filters out high frequencies, allowing the woofer to focus solely on rich, room-filling bass.
The FAPSUB-1 includes a low-saturation 70.7V/100V transformer with multiple power tap settings (1.9W to 60W) and an 8Ω bypass option, selectable via a front-mounted tap switch—no need to remove the speaker for adjustments. Installation is fast and secure with the included C-ring/V-rail tile bridge, dog-leg mounting system, and Phoenix-style connector for daisy-chaining multiple units.
