The dbx ZonePRO 1261 is the newest member of the ZonePRO® family, designed to provide a complete suite of signal processing and control for commercial audio applications. With 12 inputs and 6 outputs, the 1261 delivers superior sonic performance and system flexibility, making it ideal for installations in corporate, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments.
Inputs and outputs feature Euroblock connectors for balanced signals and RCA connectors for consumer equipment, with a simple analog input bus for scalable multi-unit setups. Every necessary processing tool is included, from input gain control and EQ to advanced functions such as paging microphone processing, including Gating, De-Essing, Auto Gain Control, Compression, and Feedback Suppression.
At the heart of the 1261 is the Routing module, offering Primary Source Selection, Source Ducking for Paging, and Priority Override. Each output features AutoWarmth® (co-developed with JBL) for natural low-frequency extension, plus EQ, Bandpass/Crossover filters, Limiting, and Delay for complete system optimization.
Control options include easy-to-use wall panel Zone Controllers, a built-in Real Time Clock for scheduled system changes, and Ethernet/RS-232 access for networked or remote management. Setup and monitoring are simplified with ZonePRO Designer software, including an intuitive configuration Wizard.
