The SoundTube CM1001D-T is a high-performance 10” in-ceiling speaker designed for commercial and public audio installations that demand deep, powerful bass and exceptional efficiency. Featuring a polypropylene cone with a butyl rubber surround mounted on a reinforced ABS baffle, this speaker delivers a pronounced 70 Hz low-frequency peak for maximum listener impact.
The 12.9-liter SoundTube-specific steel deep can ensures quality bass response, while the baffle-mounted, flared, and tuned port maximizes efficiency and overall frequency performance. Installation is quick and reliable thanks to the blind-mount, fixed-wing SpeedWing™ mechanism, accommodating ceiling thicknesses from 0.25” to 1.91” (6.4–48.5 mm).
The CM1001D-T also features a five-position tap switch for 25V, 70.7V, 100V systems, or transformer bypass, along with a steel grille with protective powder coating and a tool-free strap for easy installation.
