SoundTube CM800i – 8” Two-Way In-Ceiling Speaker

The SoundTube CM800i is a high-performance 8” two-way in-ceiling speaker engineered for background to foreground SPL applications. Featuring BroadBeam® waveguide technology, it delivers a consistent dispersion pattern for maximum coverage area per speaker, ensuring clear and intelligible audio throughout large spaces.

Equipped with an 8” polypropylene woofer and a 1” convex titanium tweeter with FerroFluid cooling mounted on a cast-aluminum baffle and heat sink, the CM800i provides high-output, low-distortion sound. Its six-position tap switch with transformer bypass allows for flexible integration with 25V, 70.7V, and 100V systems. The blind-mount, fixed-wing installation system with constant-tension design ensures rapid and secure ceiling mounting, accommodating thicknesses from 0.25” (6.4 mm) to 1.91” (48.5 mm).
