The SoundTube IPD-CM52S-BGM-WH is a Dante®-addressable, shallow-backcan 5.25" coaxial in-ceiling speaker designed for installations with limited plenum space. Featuring a 5.25" polypropylene woofer with rubber surround and a 0.75" silk dome tweeter, this model delivers clear, consistent audio for background music and paging applications.

SoundTube’s BroadBeam Ring™ technology ensures smooth off-axis performance and mid-range clarity, while a tuned port enhances bass response down to 65 Hz (-10 dB). Low-latency digital audio, power, and control are delivered via a single CAT cable connected to a PoE/PoE+ switch or SoundTube STNet switch. A 24V DC barrel jack is available for non-PoE installations.

The SpeedWing™ fixed-wing mounting system supports ceiling material thicknesses from 0.035" (0.9 mm) to 1.6" (40.6 mm). UL 60065 and UL 2043 listed, the speaker includes a color-coded orange tile bridge, UL-listed conduit clamp, and paint shield.
