TOA A-2240 Mixer/Power Amplifier – 240W Installed Sound Solution
The TOA A-2240 is a 240-watt mixer/power amplifier engineered for reliable performance in installed sound applications such as schools, offices, restaurants, factories, houses of worship, and large meeting spaces. Built with TOA’s renowned quality and durability, it features 5 versatile inputs—including two balanced microphone inputs, two stereo-summing auxiliary inputs, and one telephone input.
The Mic 1 input includes switchable 21V DC phantom power, while the Auto-Mute function ensures voice-activated priority override for microphone and telephone inputs. Output options include 70.7V, 25V, and 4-ohm speaker connections, plus an auxiliary line out for recording or expansion.
Additional features include channel-level controls, master volume, bass/treble EQ, and compatibility with TOA paging microphones like the PM-222U, PM-660U, and PM-20EV. Compact and competitively priced, the A-2240 is UL and cUL listed and backed by a 5-year warranty. (Note: not rack-mountable.)
