TOA AN-001T 2-Channel Ambient Noise Sensor Module – Automatic Volume Control for 9000 Series
The TOA AN-001T is a 2-channel ambient noise detection module designed for use with TOA's 9000 Series mixer/amplifiers. It enhances audio system performance by automatically adjusting output volume in response to changes in environmental noise levels—ideal for paging and background music applications in dynamic sound environments like airports, shopping centers, schools, and transportation hubs.
This plug-in module supports microphone (-60 dB) and line-level (-10 dB) inputs with adjustable gain across 9 steps, ensuring compatibility with a variety of input sources. It also features built-in +24V phantom power for condenser microphones, making it highly flexible for professional installations.
The AN-001T allows your system to maintain optimal intelligibility and listening comfort without the need for manual volume adjustments—ensuring consistent sound performance across all zones.
