The Cloud Z4MK4 is a high-performance, 4-zone, rack-mounting (3U) audio mixer designed to provide flexible multi-zone audio distribution for commercial premises. It combines background music control with advanced microphone paging, making it ideal for pubs, bars, clubs, shops, offices, hotels, and other commercial environments.
Featuring six stereo line inputs (four balanced, two unbalanced) and three microphone inputs, including one dedicated for paging, the Z4MK4 allows full control over music source selection, music level, and microphone levels for each zone. Optional EQ cards can be fitted to any zone to tailor sound to popular loudspeaker brands.
The mixer supports the Cloud Digital Paging Interface, enabling direct connection to Cloud PM Series paging microphones via a single Cat 5 cable. For larger installations, multiple Z4MK4 units can be cascaded to manage up to 16 zones. Each zone supports independent music ducking, triggered either by VOX or access ports, ensuring paging announcements are clear without interrupting background music.
The Facility Port allows optional remote input plates (LM-2, BT-1, L-1, M-1) for localized microphone or line sources, making it easy to integrate DJ consoles, laptops, MP3 players, or other audio devices directly in the zone. Line 6 and mic priority functions provide flexible control for announcements, jukeboxes, digital sound stores, or emergency messages. Remote zone control is supported via Cloud RL-1 Series or RSL-6 Series wall remotes, enabling music level and source selection without touching the main mixer.
With optional EQ modules, fire alarm music mute compatibility, and robust front-panel controls, the Z4MK4 delivers professional-quality audio, easy installation, and reliable operation for any multi-zone commercial environment.
