IED0540S Remote Sensor for Ambient Analysis Systems
The IED0540S Remote Sensor is a key component of the IED Ambient Analysis System, designed to monitor and manage sound levels in a variety of environments. Compatible with the 500 Series Announcement Control System, 9000 Series Titan digital audio platform, and 8000 Series TIPS system, the 540S ensures precise audio control by detecting both desired and background sound levels.
Equipped with an omnidirectional condenser microphone, a preamplifier, and an analog conversion module, the 540S converts ambient audio into a varying DC waveform, sending accurate sound level data back to the Ambient Analysis System for processing. The 540S-2 model features a 2-gang brushed aluminum mounting plate for quick and professional installation.
