AtlasIED M2000-LP – Sound Masking Speaker for Small Plenum Spaces
The AtlasIED M2000-LP is engineered to deliver precise sound masking in small plenum spaces, providing enhanced speech privacy in offices, healthcare facilities, and commercial environments. Its innovative square enclosure ensures accurate reproduction of the masking signal across the required frequency spectrum, while its compact design fits easily in tight spaces.
The pre-assembled unit includes two 2" x 4" paper cone speakers and a high-efficiency 70.7V internal transformer. System tuning is simple via the front-mounted external tap selector switch, offering 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 watts, plus an OFF position.
Designed for code compliance and flexible installation, the M2000-LP features a cover with knockouts and strain relief, accommodating rigid or flexible conduit and easy “through” connections. The unit is UL2043 listed for air-handling spaces and UL1480 safety listed. Please note that this speaker requires a masking generator and 70.7V amplifier to operate.
