The Cloud MPA240MKII is a high-performance 240W integrated mixer amplifier designed to deliver a complete audio solution for houses of worship, hotels, retail environments, hospitality venues, licensed premises, offices, and public buildings. This versatile 1U unit combines a two-channel microphone mixer, full paging functionality, six-input music source selection, and a robust mono power amplifier into a single, space-efficient chassis.
The MPA240MKII provides six unbalanced stereo line inputs and two balanced microphone inputs, each with rear-panel sensitivity trim and front-panel gain control for easy setup and flexible mixing. Music source selection is managed from the front panel, with the selected source mixed alongside microphone inputs before entering the amplifier stage. The system integrates seamlessly with Cloud PM Series paging microphones or with OEM paging systems through Mic 1’s short-to-ground access control, which also supports priority paging.
Mic-over-music priority, Line 6 priority, and an optional pre-announcement chime help ensure clear communication in busy environments. The unit also includes a high-voltage mic input for integration with 70/100V public-address or voice-alarm systems, enabling building-wide paging signals to be replayed through the local zone.
The MPA240MKII features a transformerless output stage capable of driving 70/100V line systems directly, or alternatively powering low-impedance loudspeakers (4/8Ω) selected via rear DIP switches. With its forced-air cooling, protection circuitry, and ENERGY STAR-compliant design, the MPA240MKII delivers exceptional reliability for continuous commercial installation use.
