TThe RDL RU-MX4 is a professional four-channel audio mixer designed for applications requiring a flexible combination of balanced microphone and unbalanced line-level inputs. Each input can accept either a balanced XLR mic signal or an unbalanced phono jack line-level signal, with individually switchable 24 V phantom power for microphones.
The RU-MX4 provides both a balanced XLR output, switchable for mic or line level, and an unbalanced line output, allowing easy interfacing with additional mixers, amplifiers, and system components. A DIRECT input enables seamless expansion by linking multiple RU-MX4 units for larger mixing configurations.
Front-panel controls include adjustable audio levels for each channel, dual-LED VU meters per input, and a final mix display on a smooth arc-motion LED VU meter. A rear-panel switch enables or disables the integrated soft-knee compressor/limiter for enhanced dynamic control. For installations requiring transformer isolation, the factory-equipped RU-MX4T version is available.
