The RDL TX-TPR3A is a high-performance three-pair audio receiving module designed for use with RDL Format-A twisted pair systems. Each of the three signal pairs—A, B, and C—has dedicated outputs: a -10 dBV unbalanced RCA phono jack and a +4 dBu balanced detachable terminal block output, fed through studio-quality buffer amplifiers for optimal audio fidelity.
Featuring bridging inputs, the TX-TPR3A allows connection to the LOOP OUT jack of other receivers, enabling up to 10 receiver outputs per cable pair. This flexibility supports complex audio routing setups across multiple receiver locations, making it ideal for professional audio installations in commercial, broadcast, or live sound environments.
The module can be powered locally via a 24 VDC supply using either the power jack or terminal block, or it can be remotely powered through the twisted pair cable from other Format-A modules or power inserters. Local power is also passed through to modules connected to the INPUT RJ45 jack. Power status is indicated by a front-panel blue LED, and wiring fault protection is provided by an automatic resetting fuse.
