Shure GLXD124R+/85-Z3 Wireless Lavalier Microphone System

The Shure GLXD124R+/85-Z3 Dual-Band Wireless Lavalier Microphone System delivers professional digital wireless audio for presentations, houses of worship, corporate AV, education, and installed sound applications. This complete system combines the Shure GLXD4R+ rackmount receiver, GLXD1+ bodypack transmitter, and WL185 cardioid lavalier microphone for clear, focused speech reproduction.

Operating in the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands, Shure GLX-D+ Dual Band technology intelligently manages wireless frequencies to help maintain dependable performance in environments with competing wireless signals.

The system also features automatic frequency management, rechargeable battery operation, and convenient rackmount installation, making it a practical choice for presenters, worship leaders, educators, and AV professionals who need hands-free microphone operation.

GLX-D+ Dual-Band Wireless Technology

The Shure GLXD124R+/85-Z3 operates across both the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands, providing access to additional wireless spectrum compared with traditional single-band 2.4 GHz systems.

Shure's intelligent frequency management continuously monitors the RF environment and can automatically move to a clearer frequency when interference is detected.

This helps maintain reliable digital audio transmission in conference rooms, churches, schools, and other facilities where Wi-Fi and additional wireless devices may be operating.

Shure WL185 Cardioid Lavalier Microphone

The included Shure WL185 is a professional cardioid condenser lavalier microphone designed for speech and vocal applications.

Its cardioid pickup pattern emphasizes sound arriving from the front while reducing unwanted pickup from the sides and rear.

The WL185 is particularly useful for presentations, sermons, lectures, and speaking engagements where the user needs both hands free.

Its compact clip-on design allows convenient attachment to clothing while providing consistent microphone positioning.

GLXD1+ Rechargeable Bodypack Transmitter

The Shure GLXD1+ bodypack transmitter provides convenient wireless operation with the included WL185 lavalier microphone.

Powered by the Shure SB904 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the transmitter delivers up to 12 hours of operating time, depending on conditions.

Rechargeable operation eliminates the need for frequent disposable battery replacement, making the system convenient for facilities that use wireless microphones regularly.

GLXD4R+ Rackmount Wireless Receiver

The included Shure GLXD4R+ is a professional digital wireless receiver designed for rack installation.

Its rackmount configuration makes it suitable for permanent AV systems, portable equipment racks, and professional sound reinforcement applications.

The receiver features automatic frequency management, convenient system monitoring, and professional audio connections for integration with mixing consoles and installed sound equipment.

Professional Audio Connectivity

The GLXD4R+ provides:

• Balanced XLR audio output
• 1/4-inch audio output

These connections allow the receiver to integrate with compatible audio mixers, DSP systems, and professional sound equipment.
